Different products carry different lengths of warranty. Please refer to the warranty card enclosed with your product for details of your warranty. All warranties are limited to the original purchaser and do not cover failure resulting from ‘wear and tear’ only manufacturing defects. Some products and parts are not covered by warranty (specifically light bulbs).
Please note that we do not cover consequential loss resulting from any warranty failure, including postage / carriage to and from our service centre. In order to make a warranty claim please contact us with details of the fault together with details of when and where you purchased the product. We will then advise you as to whether your claim is valid and provide instructions on what to do.
Note that all returns including warranty claims need to be authorised by us before we will accept them.
