Heat sink design is critical to the lifespan of LEDs and other key electronic components. Olight brought the ceramic substrata printed-circuit-board into the flashlights as ceramic is the best heat conduction material and can rapidly transfer an LED's heat into heat sink fins. Large heads ensure the heat can be emitted into the air efficiently and promptly.
ATM (Active Thermal Management)
Internal temperature sensors detect the ambient temperature in real time and an MCU controls the output accordingly. This system avoids overheating and keeps the key components away from burning.
